In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cc444" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at cc444.bid, including all casino, sportsbook, and ancillary services offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any part of the cc444 platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on cc444 through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's cc444 Account at any point in time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, cashback amounts, or free play credits credited to a Player's account by cc444 as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds and/or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process that cc444 is obligated to conduct on all players prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity described under Section 11 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the cc444 platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond cc444's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or critical third-party system failures.

By accessing cc444.bid, creating a Player account, or using any product or service offered by cc444 — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, bonus programmes, and the PKR cashier — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cc444 platform and, if applicable, close your cc444 account. cc444 reserves the right to treat continued use of the platform as acceptance of the Terms in force at the time of use.

cc444 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of material changes, cc444 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of cc444 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to cc444 and participation in any game, betting market, or promotional offer is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of cc444.
• You are accessing cc444 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of cc444 or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from cc444 or had your cc444 account permanently terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not opening or operating the account on behalf of a third party.

cc444 is not responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure they are permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction to access and use cc444 before registering or depositing.

To access the full range of cc444 products and services, including depositing, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings, a Player must register a valid cc444 account. The following conditions govern account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active cc444 account at any time. Multiple accounts by the same individual — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or devices — constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cc444 account credentials. cc444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify cc444 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Non-transferability: cc444 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance within it to any third party.

cc444 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where it suspects fraudulent intent, duplicate registration, or ineligibility of the applicant.

cc444 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed. The following documents are required:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card): Clear photographs or scans of the front and reverse of your valid Pakistani CNIC.
• Proof of payment method ownership: Where requested, evidence that the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g. a screenshot of the registered account details).
• Source of funds: In cases where cc444's AML procedures require it, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your cc444 account.

Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request from cc444 may have their withdrawal requests held pending, their account suspended, or their account closed. cc444 will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or financial loss where KYC non-compliance by the Player is the cause.

cc444 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 across all payment methods.
• Currency: All transactions on cc444 are conducted in PKR. No foreign currency conversions are applied by cc444. Any currency conversion conducted by your bank or payment provider is outside cc444's control.
• Verified accounts only: Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account is not registered to the cc444 account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your cc444 wallet instantly upon confirmed payment. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within 30–60 minutes of confirmed bank processing, subject to your bank's own processing schedule.
• Deposit limits: cc444 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits through their account settings panel.

cc444 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, cheques, or any payment method not listed above. Attempts to deposit via unlisted methods may result in lost funds for which cc444 cannot accept responsibility.

Withdrawal of funds from your cc444 account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion: KYC verification must be completed to cc444's satisfaction before any withdrawal will be processed. Pending KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.
• Same-method withdrawal: Withdrawals will, as far as operationally possible, be processed back to the same payment method and account used for deposits. Where this is not possible, cc444 support will confirm an alternative method.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 across all payment methods.
• Processing times: cc444 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 12 minutes for JazzCash withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These are target times and not guaranteed service levels.
• Wagering requirements: Funds derived from Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real-money deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC and the conditions above.
• Withdrawal verification: cc444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required and withdrawal processing will be paused until the required information is received.

cc444 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are offered at cc444's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each bonus offer a maximum of once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• cc444 reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and high-RTP games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — specific contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another player, exchanged for cash outside of completed wagering, or used for any purpose other than playing on cc444.

Any Player found to be abusing cc444 promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit mathematical advantages, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings voided, and may have their account permanently suspended.

All games available on cc444 — including Sic Bo, live dealer table games, slot titles, and specialty games — are governed by specific game rules made available to Players within each game interface. By participating in any game on cc444, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All digital games on cc444 use independently certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG, which is subject to independent periodic auditing to confirm statistical integrity.
• Live dealer games: Outcomes in live dealer games (including live Sic Bo, baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) are determined by physical means — real dice, real cards, and real roulette wheels — as captured on live studio camera feeds. cc444 does not manipulate live game outcomes.
• Published RTPs: Return-to-Player percentages published for cc444 games are independently audited figures. cc444 does not publish marketing RTPs that deviate from audited values.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, cc444 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by the malfunction and refund the relevant stake. Winnings generated through a confirmed malfunction are not payable.
• Disputes: In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Player's device and cc444's server records during game play, cc444's server records shall be treated as definitive.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the cc444 sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other listed markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets placed on cc444 are subject to acceptance at cc444's sole discretion. cc444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the cc444 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of bet placement, as displayed in your bet receipt.
• PSL and cricket markets: Where a PSL fixture or cricket match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or otherwise significantly altered from the scheduled format, cc444 may apply specific settlement rules appropriate to the circumstances. • In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live betting on the relevant event. In-play bets may be subject to delays in processing and may be rejected if the state of play has materially changed during the period between bet placement and confirmation.
• Palpable errors: cc444 reserves the right to void any bet where odds were published in error (a "palpable error"). This includes circumstances where odds were clearly incorrect relative to the true market odds at the time of placement. Bets voided on this basis will have the stake returned.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-event payout limit applies on the cc444 sportsbook. The applicable limit is displayed within the sportsbook terms and may vary by sport, market type, and event significance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cc444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one cc444 account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or funds to register or transact on cc444.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including Sic Bo, live casino, or sportsbook markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with cc444 games or markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in any cc444 product.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses or placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearance without genuine game risk.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with a bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to cc444, except where the deposit was genuinely fraudulently made without your knowledge.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using cc444 as a mechanism to legitimise illicit funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cc444 staff or other players through any communication channel.

cc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a cc444 request.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of an existing cc444 account.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request made by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a Player breach of these Terms, cc444 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and any Bonus Funds. Where cc444 initiates account closure for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their cc444 account should contact cc444 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method.

cc444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and is required under its international gaming licence to maintain and enforce responsible gaming policies. The following tools and provisions are available to all cc444 Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to cap the amount that can be deposited within a given period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration notifications that alert them when they have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may activate a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which deposits, betting, and casino play are disabled. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from cc444. Self-exclusion results in the permanent closure of the Player's account and their exclusion from all cc444 platforms. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible and will be actioned within 24 hours of a confirmed request. Any real-money balance will be returned to the Player.
• Reality checks: cc444 may display reality check notifications during extended gaming sessions, including information about time spent and amounts wagered.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cc444 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any cc444 content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any cc444 software or game engine.
• Using cc444 content for commercial purposes, including streaming cc444 live games for monetised audiences without a separate written agreement.

Any unauthorised use of cc444 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

• Loss of winnings, profits, anticipated savings, or business opportunities arising from any cause.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or errors in game software, whether or not caused by cc444 or a third-party provider.
• Delays in withdrawal processing due to third-party payment provider issues, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank system downtime.
• Any Force Majeure event beyond cc444's reasonable control.
• Your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC or failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits cc444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

cc444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cc444 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the platform.

cc444's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it appears on cc444.bid at the time of your acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cc444's international gaming licence is issued.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute between you and cc444 that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 18 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under the governing licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, where such rights cannot be waived by contractual agreement.

cc444 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute, we ask that you follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact the cc444 support team via the live chat widget available on cc444.bid. Provide your account details and a clear description of your complaint. The support agent will attempt to resolve your issue in real time.
2. Step 2 — Email: If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily via live chat, submit a formal written complaint via email to [email protected]. cc444 will not charge any fee for the processing of complaints. Players are encouraged to retain records of all communications with cc444 support for reference in the event of escalation.
